BASTA is an anti-stigma campaign with the aim of working against discrimination and stigmatization of mentally ill people.
BASTA has been organizing nationwide educational seminars for schoolchildren and police officers, cultural events and through press work since 2001.
BASTA has a trialogue structure, i.e. those affected, relatives and psychiatric professionals work together.
The office is based in Munich at the Clinic for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy at the Technical University of Munich.
