Training and further education for psychotherapists
Compulsory internship in psychology
We would like to point out that we do not offer compulsory internships as part of your studies (e.g. psychology studies). A voluntary internship of four to eight weeks to prepare for your studies is possible with us. Please send inquiries about available internships exclusively by e-mail to Dr. phil. Iris Perey or Benedict Baumgartner (Bewerbung-Pflichtpraktikum-Psychologie@mri.tum.de).
Psychotherapists in training (PiAs)
We offer internships as part of the training to become a psychotherapist (m/f/d) at our clinic. In accordance with the Training Examination Ordinance (PsychTh-AprV), we are authorized for PT 1 Psychiatry (600 hours) and PT2 (600 hours) Psychosomatics. In the outpatient, day clinic or inpatient area, you can gain a lot of experience in the treatment of patients with various psychiatric disorders. Our focus of psychotherapeutic treatment is on behavioral therapy. We attach great importance to a pleasant working and learning atmosphere.
